Challenge
In this project, I was to develop the complete branding and visual identity for BETWEEN FLOWS, an underground rap music production label specializing in beats and instrumentals. I undertook the task of creating their logo, album covers, social media posts, custom service covers, and album covers.
Goal
The objective of this project was to craft visually captivating graphics that embodied the hip and tech-inspired edgy vibe of BETWEEN FLOWS. With a focus on creating visuals, selecting colors, and curating aesthetics that resonated with the brand's energetic and edgy essence, the aim was to establish a visually appealing and cohesive brand identity. The ultimate goal was to position BETWEEN FLOWS as the ultimate destination for artists in search of beats and instrumentals within the underground music scene.
Solution
Drawing inspiration from BETWEEN FLOWS' distinctive musical style and target demographic, I crafted a diverse range of visuals that captured the essence of the label. The color palette played a crucial role in establishing the desired mood, employing intense shades of black, grey, red, and white to evoke rebellion and raw energy. These colors were carefully selected to captivate younger individuals seeking authentic and alternative music. Throughout the project, I explored various design elements, integrating grunge textures, distressed typography, and bold graphics to create an edgy aesthetic that resonates with the label's audience. By blending elements of hip hop culture and the underground music scene, the visuals reflected the unique style and attitude of BETWEEN FLOWS, resulting in a meticulously crafted and visually cohesive brand identity that strongly resonates with the target market.
